How can I access Mi Carpeta Ciudadana?

Access to Mi Carpeta Ciudadana requires you to identify yourself through Cl@ve, the secure system of identification with public administrations. You can use the DNI-Electronic, any recognized electronic certificate and also the PIN key and Permanent key concerted key systems.

If you still do not have your electronic identification card with the Public Administrations, you can request the registration at cl@ve. You have all the information about the registration process on the website of Cl@ve .

If you need additional help to use the Cl@ve system, you can obtain it through the following means:

What does Mi Carpeta Ciudadana offer?

In Mi Carpeta Ciudadana you can communicate with the Administrations and, in addition, consult different personal data and your prior appointments, access information on various procedures, inform yourself about your pending notifications and the status of the files in process, or receive notices and alerts.

The events on the agenda of Mi Carpeta Ciudadana are updated automatically practically every day. However, there is the possibility of manually refreshing a limited number of times a day.

If this manual refresh does not update the information, you will see the last query that was made. For this reason, a warning icon may appear indicating the existence of events that have not been updated correctly.

Also, keep in mind that the event may correspond to an entity that is not yet integrated into Mi Carpeta Ciudadana. If this is the case, you should contact the appropriate administration directly.

In My Citizen Folder you can consult, inform yourself and know the notifications of the Administration that you have to read; never manage them. You must use the Single Enabled Email Address (DEHú ), single point for the access and appearance of notifications and/or communications issued by the Public Administrations). You can check if an organism is already integrated in the Search engine for affiliated entities .

You can also access the notifications made, communications and your ads from the Tablon Edictal Único , which shows a list of the notification announcements published in the BOE Notification Supplement associated with your identifier (NIF or NIE).
